spring time picture dump.

May 07, 2014

Right now I'm at work, and uploading these pictures from my phone to this computer just deleted all the pictures on my phone. Lesson learned. Good thing it's a fairly new phone so there weren't lots of pictures anyway.

Anyway, this is a life according to the pictures on my phone post! Pretty random, just things to remember or things that are getting us excited.

^^^ Stefan and I refer to all this cotton stuff that comes from two huge trees on the other side of the house as the dead bunny. This picture doesn't even come close to showing the worst it has been over the past few weeks. I usually scoop it up every few days, but luckily a couple days ago Stefan's grandpa cleaned it all up really well. The worst part is that it piles up right outside our door so keeping it from coming inside is... impossible.

^^^Spring! I don't know, that's all.

^^^ Back in April, Stefan and I went to Bruges Waffles & Frites in Salt Lake with Molly and Austin. Of course, Stefan was in looove because all the food they serve is the kind of stuff he ate on his mission. Also the owner is from Belgium so the two of them were able to communicate pretty well in a beautiful language I just sit there and listen to. Actually I did say about four words in Dutch that I am sure really impressed him.

^^^ Anyway, a couple weeks ago Stefan and I were walking down Center Street in Provo and saw this! It's coming to Provo! Mostly good news, except it's kind of expensive so we may need to limit ourselves.

^^^ Last Saturday Stefan and I had some of my nieces and a nephew over for a few hours. Before Stefan got home from work the little ones helped me heart attack the door for him. These are the girls' hearts.

^^^ And this one is from Bruce. S-T-E-F-A-N After Stefan was home we played a million rounds of hide and seek, made brownies, played Disney Cranium (kind of, I had to alter just about every card to make it 5-year-old friendly) and plopped the littlest one down in front of some Backyardigans which all three of them ended up glued to for a while.

My favorite part of the day was definitely hide and seek. Those kids had some good hiding spots! But aside from the excellent hiding, the funniest part for me had to be Bruce's counting about halfway through the nearly hour-long game: "thirty-eight, thirty-nine, eighty! eighty-one, eighty-two.."
